Waterford Treasures has the pleasure of introducing Senator Ivana Bacik who will present; 'Why the Law Matters - progressive social change in Ireland.'

Waterford Treasures are delighted to present Senator Ivana Bacik, who is Reid Professor of Criminal Law,

Criminology and Penology in Trinity College Dublin.

She is also a member of Seanad Éireann for Trinity College. Senator Bacik is a noted commentator on legal, social and feminist issues. Her numerous publications include 'Kicking and Screaming: Dragging Ireland into the Twentieth-Century'.

    Cultural AttitudesThe recent survey by Price Waterhouse Cooper into cultural attitude that exist in the police force made for some interesting reading.
