If like many others you are feeling the January Blues and want to jump start 2018 on a healthy note the Fitness Health Beauty Expo which takes place on Saturday January 20th from 12-5pm in Dooley's Hotel Waterford could be just what you need.

Featuring the Kangoo Jumps Ireland Team with International Coaches, On Stage Demos and optional Participation Masterclasses the day is all about fitness activities that are both fun & very beneficial. There will also be local wellness, fitness, beauty and nutrition groups with stands, expert tips & a series of mini talks and demo's.

Barbara Boland Natural Nutritionist specialises in Food Intolerances and will deliver a short talk at 2pm titled "Boosting Your Energy with Good Nutrition".

Laura Connolly Chartered Physiotherapist of Livewell Waterford helps women optimise their health & wellness at every stage of life and will host an onstage ' Cool Down Sequence' followed by a short talk titled 'Get Core Fit' at 3pm.

Other stands include Camilla Clarke Holistic and Complementary Therapist, Trevor Eivers Hypnosis, Slimming World Waterford as well as New Minds Beauty & Fitness Colleges. The PopUp Beauty section features makeup artists, makeup tutorials, demo's and Trends Beauty Distribution with lots of great giveaways on the day.

Tickets cost €15, €20 via eventbrite.ie and on the door on the day, and include a fabulous Fitness, Health & Beauty Goodie Bag.
