Route 66 Big Band Live in Concert at the Theatre Royal Waterford on Saturday April 21st

A show for all music lovers...

Route 66 16-piece Big Band bring their fantastic Live in Concert Show to the Theatre Royal Waterford for the very first time on Saturday 21st April.

The programme in their two-and-a-half-hour show includes music to suit every age and taste which the key to the success of their shows has been since they began three years ago.

Their programme ranges from music of the 40’s right up to date and includes numbers from Count Basie, Glen Miller, Adele, Tom Jones, Joe Dolan, Tina Turner, Amy Winehouse, and Shirley Bassey to name just a few. These numbers, played with a fabulous big band sound with six brasses, four saxes, four rhythms and a male and female singer, have received standing ovations and as many encores as theatre times allows wherever they play.

Most definitely a show for all ages not to be missed. Audience feedback from previous shows include "I can’t wait for this band to come back, they were truly fantastic, great show”, "It was a great show, great music, class”, and "A really entertaining show, the Route 66 Band were superb in every sense of the word”.

Show starts @ 8p.m. Tickets: €21/?19 concession available from the Box Office 051-874402 or http://www.theatreroyal.ie
