On Thursday December 14th Waterford Today and Project Music Management are proud to collaborate in a fundraising event for Assisi House

This event will involve a Christmas Giving Tree, from the 11th December in the Ship Room, where you can bring a gift and place it under the tree, or deliver it to Caroline in Waterford Today.

On the evening of the event all will meet beside the Giving Tree at 7.30pm, and share a glass of mulled wine and a mince pie, as we embrace the true meaning of Christmas.

At 8.00 pm we will proceed to the Edmund Rice Church, where we will be further embraced in Festive spirit through the dulcet tones of Donna Roche Soprano, Dermot Doyle Tenor and the beautiful sounds of the Edmund Rice Choral Society under the baton of Catherine Power.

All this will be held together by the guest presenter, John Thompson. This promises to be a beautiful event for the community, one where every contribution will go to Assisi House. Tickets can be reserved by calling Caroline at Waterford Today on

854 135, Assisi House on 371 000 or The Edmund Rice Heritage Centre on 874 390.

Tickets are priced at €15, and all proceeds will go to Assisi House
