In late 2012 Waterford Youth Arts asked James Rockett to put pen to paper and see if he could make the JFK story relevant to today's teenagers. James has a lifelong interest in US history, politics and particularly John F. Kennedy and when we saw that 2013 was JFK's anniversary of his death and his visit to Ireland we asked James to have a go. The result is a new play called 'Brothers of a Dream' which will be staged in garter lane in early September. James has created a story around three brothers living today and their lives and one of them has an obsession with JFK and so the audience will see parallels with the Kennedy story. Director Jason Byrne is very happy with the play and feels the young people in the WYA summer theatre project will
