If there is one thing worse than not winning a huge lotto payout than it must be not winning but having everyone think that you did. That is the position that one doubly unlucky person in Knocklyon has found himself in when the news that someone there was the beneficiary of a 12.8 million euro payday. He has had journalists from all over the country and from Britain ring him about his non-win and has countless people come up to him on a daily basis to congratulate him. Maybe though he is playing the long con and has in fact actually won and wants to keep it on the downlow. He maintains though that he hasn't and is rightly sick of being a loser, twice over.
