This new and exciting development brings considerable benefits for Irish citizens in terms of turnaround times, convenience and security.

To start your passport renewal process online for your passport book or card simply find your nearest Photo- Me compliant booth at http://www.passportphoto.ie. Take your image (?8 option) which has your unique Passport ID Code and complete your application online at http://www.dfa.ie/passportonline. Your passport will delivered to your home within two weeks. There is no need for witnessing the forms or visiting An Garda Síochána.

Now that’s a first class service!!!
