Christmas Lights

Dear Editor,

I am happy to advise that I have arranged for Waterford Council to erect Christmas lights along Mayor’s Walk for the first time.

I have received the approval and consent from several premises for us to use to stream lights along the street in a line and not cris-crossed which could be dangerous due to large vehicles.

Waterford Council has helped me on this by purchasing, erecting and powering these lights.

It is all part of a concerted effort by me to see the fruits of Winterval during the Christmas season expand up through the town to assist our local business’s and include homes from the top of the town.

These lights should be installed by the Council’s team over the coming days and I want to thank everyone who have assisted in accomplishing this fine addition to the street.

Kind regards,

Councillor Eamon Quinlan
